Used a referral from carpro, they were able to terminate the lease on my daughters 2014 focus and put us in a Rueben Krause and Bobby were fantastic. Used a referral from carpro, they were able to terminate the lease on my daughters 2014 focus and put us in a NEW lease on a 2015 escape SE for a great price with window tint, skylink and lease insurance plan for minor dings and stuff. I was not intending to buy that day, but simply to investigate the Edge and left with a brand new beautiful cherry red Titanium with 12 miles on it. Everyone was most helpful and graciouis, making this the best experience I have had in buying a car. Now that I have a few miles on the auto, I can say that they have kept their word in obtaining an after market item for me, and answered my questions about functionality quickly and accurately. I intend to use the availabale technical support for the electonics as the occasion arises. All in all this was a very good experience, and the fact that I have a great vehicle doesn't hurt either. More

I finally gave up and was referred to the awesome team at Sam Pack's by a friend. I decided to give them a try at making me a deal (with little hope). After months of working with another dealer with the back and forth, I spent a couple of days (because I was out of town and only available via phone and email) before I was presented with a very pleasing deal! I spent less than 3 hours in the actual dealership before I was on my way home in a nicer vehicle than I thought I could afford. I am beyond pleased with my experience.
