We were very lucky to get Tristen as our Sales rep for our most recent purchase at Boucher Ford in Kenosha. We came in to test drive a Bronco Sport to replace a dying car we had; as soon as we were in our most recent purchase at Boucher Ford in Kenosha. We came in to test drive a Bronco Sport to replace a dying car we had; as soon as we were in Tristen was extremely friendly and helpful from the start - felt right at home and in good hands. The ones on the lot didn't have everything we had wanted and while they had one on order it didn't have the colors we want; while on our test drive Tristen was able to find the trim and color combination we wanted at another Boucher dealership and coordinated to get it down to us to check out. We loved the car he brought down and bought it the day it got into town. Tristen was great to work with every step of the way, was transparent on pricing and everything with our deal before handing us over to Joe for our financing. Tristen even kept a smile on and a good laugh when our trade in died after it got us to the lot and wouldn't start for him. After sale communication and interactions were all incredible and he went above and beyond to make us feel like more than just his most recent customers.
