So, since 2002, our experiences buying trucks, jeeps, and cars (all New) have been joyful and easy!!! 4 trucks, 5 jeeps, and 2 cars have all been kept running wonderfully. I would recommend this dealership to any family member !!!! Troy has been a JOY, and all the folks in finance (Jim and Sherri) have made the buying experience very pleasant!!!! I have owned Honda's for the past 15 year I just bought a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek from Ed Shults of Warren and couldn't be happier with the experience. I have owned Honda's for the past 15 years, but wanted to get into an SUV. My nephew suggested looking into the Subaru Crosstrek so I did. It was exactly what I was looking for. Troy at Ed Shults of Warren contacted me and a week later, I drove home in a 2018 model. It was the most pleasant, simple, "new car buying" experience I have encountered.
