I have owned Honda's for the past 15 years, but wanted to get into an SUV. My nephew suggested looking into the Subaru Crosstrek so I did. It was exactly what I was looking for. Troy at Ed Shults of Warren contacted me and a week later, I drove home in a 2018 model. It was the most pleasant, simple, "new car buying" experience I have encountered. I will definitely be returned to this dealership for future purchases!!!! More

So Adam sent me to Troy! I went to talk to Troy while I was waiting for my daughter to pick me up and we went over some numbers. I went back to pick up my car and stopped in to say thank you to Troy for spending time with me that morning. My daughter came in with me and asked him a question about her car. Needless to say we both got a car that day! Job well done Troy 😊 1 week later my son got a car from Troy also. More
