Every staff member we dealt with was courteous, professional, and worked very hard to help us get into a new car. I went in very upside down in my trade (another Mitsubishi), and dreading walking i professional, and worked very hard to help us get into a new car. I went in very upside down in my trade (another Mitsubishi), and dreading walking into yet another dealership, certain they would not be able to help me, and that I would get the run around. Robert was great, showed us a few cars, went over all the details and process with us, and didn’t try to push us into anything. We also spoke with Troy about options for our loan and trade. We didn’t think they were going to be able to make this deal work, but between Robert, Troy, and RC, they genuinely wanted to help us and figured something out that worked with our budget. I was skeptical, but this was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. Never once did I fee pressured or taken advantage of. Thank you to the staff for helping me get into my new car.
