I recently visited Honda for a scheduled service appointment and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. After being directed to wait by the person managing traffic, no one came out to assist appointment and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. After being directed to wait by the person managing traffic, no one came out to assist me. Several cars pulled in behind me and were attended to right away, while I was left waiting. Eventually, I went inside the office where three gentlemen were chatting. They may have been discussing work, but they didn’t acknowledge me at all. It wasn’t until Turner recognized that I had an appointment that I was finally checked in. I sat down and later received a text saying my car was being worked on, but there was no discussion with me about the service, no recommendations, or any communication about whether my vehicle needed additional attention. This was very different from my previous visit, which had been handled much more professionally. Overall, I left feeling disappointed with the lack of attentiveness and customer care this time around. More
