Friendly employees but the workmanship is lacking for a brand new vehicle. Leased a brand new 2025 Honda Accord Touring for $590 monthly. 7,000 miles in and the dashboard started rattling. Said they fixed something but the rattle is still there. The explanation given by the service advisor was "there are a lot of plastic components so it will rattle". They gave me the car back and now I have to continue to deal with this annoying rattle until the end of my lease. Unacceptable! The dashboard didn't rattle when I got the car. It shouldn't rattle now! Last car for me from Findlay Honda! More
