We purchased a new 2025 Lexus NX last week after turning in my much-loved 2011 Lexus ES, which had also been purchased new at Lexus of Sarasota in 2011. We were impressed by the attention given to us by ou in my much-loved 2011 Lexus ES, which had also been purchased new at Lexus of Sarasota in 2011. We were impressed by the attention given to us by our salesman, Jamie Dickinson. It was obvious to us that he wanted us to be satisfied customers. He has reached out several times since the sale to see if we have any questions. We will be returning to the dealership this week for a second orientation to the newer technological features. We highly recommend Jamie for his knowledge and customer care. He is the best! And, it goes without saying, we highly recommend Lexus of Sarasota for their service and friendliness. The attention and involvement during the purchase event was excellent. We met the sales Mgr, he came over and introduced himself. I showed him my numbers he matched them and we had a deal. Austin was very personable and very involved with us. He took care of everything including the transfer and the registration right there at the dealership. He then introduced us to the tech advisor who went over various features of the new car The whole experience was very upbeat, not.like the hostile encounters in the past 25 years of purchasing a car..I would recommend Lexus of Sarasota to my neighbors and friends.
