The technician/technicians lied about the work that they completed on our van and they falsified the paperwork they provided to me. When I inquired about the dishonesty, one of the technicians showed contem completed on our van and they falsified the paperwork they provided to me. When I inquired about the dishonesty, one of the technicians showed contempt, was hostile, and displayed an negative unprofessional attitude, like he did not care. I do not believe that I can trust this dealership with any further repairs for our vehicle. I have provided thousands of dollars over the years to this dealership for their services. After this incident, I now have serious doubts about them. An independent, wide-range investigation should be conducted with this dealership. More
