I arrived at 1:45 for my appointment. I was screaming immediately. The car was taken back quickly. I was promised completion by 3:15 PM. At 3:40 PM I went to the cashier and she Located m I was screaming immediately. The car was taken back quickly. I was promised completion by 3:15 PM. At 3:40 PM I went to the cashier and she Located my service rep. He had somehow put my ticket in the wrong place. So no one notified me that it was ready. I was not happy at that time When I got in the car, I noticed that it had not been washed. It has been several months since I had had service there because the Toyota does not require Repairs I have been a friendly Toyota customer for a long time and it seems like it’s gotten too big. You don’t feel like you’re a customer. It’s more like you’re being processed through the system. More

Richard Castillo has been my service tech for years. I trust him and the recommendation made for my car and do them as soon as possible. All of you at Findlay Toyota are magnificent. I have been bringing my vehicle in for servicing since, I believe, 2021. Regardless of the mileage on my vehicle, I bring my vehicle in for servicing every six months (usually early every February and early every August). I am very happy with all of you. I remember when the clutch in my car was replaced about two years ago. The service technician did an excellent job. Thank you. The service advisor, Phill Crabtree, also is excellent. I am very happy with him. I have a 2005 Toyota Corolla CE. I am very happy with my vehicle. More
