Service was generally good and the staff were friendly, but there were a few issues during my visit. The paperwork stated that the tires were rotated, but they actually were not until I pointed it out and but there were a few issues during my visit. The paperwork stated that the tires were rotated, but they actually were not until I pointed it out and they corrected it. I also noticed dirty marks left inside the vehicle after the service and later found a scratch on the headlight/body. Overall the experience was okay, but I expected more attention to detail and better care of the vehicle. More

I love the facility and the people here. Unfortunately my issue wasn’t fixed. I brought my CX30 in for a squeaking sound coming from the brake area when turning my steering wheel, and while Unfortunately my issue wasn’t fixed. I brought my CX30 in for a squeaking sound coming from the brake area when turning my steering wheel, and while the sound went away for a day, the following day the sound came back and has been happening since. This was my second time trying to get this issue fixed once with Toyota and now through Mazda. However I am hoping we can get this rectified so no more issues. More

The people and service are excellent but my old 2007 AC system has brought me back for a third service visit today. It's one of those intermittent problems that are hard to isolate. Friendly Staff, Clean dealership. Arrived at 12:35 for a 1:00 appointment, car was finished around 3:20. This was for normal service, oil change, tire rotation, etc. almost 3 hours wai Arrived at 12:35 for a 1:00 appointment, car was finished around 3:20. This was for normal service, oil change, tire rotation, etc. almost 3 hours waiting is a little extreme in my opinion. The text/email sent with billing information was very confusing. I received an email invoice for over $285 when in fact, my final total was under $100. The waiting room is just so, so, nothing special. Most of the chairs are in long need of replacement. Worn and torn. They need to provide some machines for refreshments like sodas, etc. Complimentary water, coffee and popcorn were available. Overall, a good experience with a few minor issues. More

Typically this is a well-rounded service experience, even as a waiting customer; however, this time was different. The Service Coordinator was short-tempered, seemed distracted, and was not putting service f as a waiting customer; however, this time was different. The Service Coordinator was short-tempered, seemed distracted, and was not putting service first. Secondly, the service itself took way too long. 2 hours just to get my inspection video, 4 hours total for a relatively simple routine checkup & small repair. Finally, the Wi-Fi which is usually dependable had been changed and was intermittent - a key differentiator for a waiting customer trying to get work done. Still will try again, but this experience was far from my expectations all around - expectations that had been established from prior visits. More
