Every time I come to this dealership, i have an issue with my maintenance package. I tell them every time that I have the paclage for my oil changes and they always give me grief about it. Typically Juan with my maintenance package. I tell them every time that I have the paclage for my oil changes and they always give me grief about it. Typically Juan is the one who helps my sister and I with both our cars but the last two visits he has not been available and he is pretty good with us. But this last visit, I was mot happy picking up my sister’s car. The man helping us said he would need to call and verify on Monday with Daytona’s servicing dealer about our package. I said ok I know it wont be a problem and his response was “well ill be calling if this is not valid”. I dont appreciate the disrespect behind any of that. I know what details are with my car and I understand having to verify. But that kind of response is unnecessary. I am a bit fed up with having to reexplain everything every time we come in for a service. I beleive the man that made this comment’s name was Ray. More
