Horrible service department. They don't call, they don't communicate, and they are unhelpful and not very polite. The person that checked me in was very nice, but my car sat ther They don't call, they don't communicate, and they are unhelpful and not very polite. The person that checked me in was very nice, but my car sat there a full day longer than it had to because they claim they called the wrong number. Yet. I called them twice and left messages with my "busy" service person. Still unsure of who I was assigned as a service person to begin with. Also, while my number was completely wrong on the paperwork, my correct number was left with the receptionist twice and was one of the 3 on the paper. No one seemed concerned I hadn't come and picked up my car when it was ready. Or, for almost 24 hours after it was ready. As far as the technician that worked on my car and recorded my video, he was great, and the only reason this is not a 1 star review. More

Great service as usual. The entire team at Sport Mazda is top-notch. They are very professional and get you in and out in a jiffy. Tyler was apologetic but professional. He explained what happened, and the fact that the technician would be spoken to. He mentioned that he reviewed the video and could see the corrosion He explained what happened, and the fact that the technician would be spoken to. I would say the only thing I was expecting but didn't get was something like "and because your wife and brother-in-law had to mess with the battery at their house, clean the terminal, recharge the battery, here's $$ toward your next oil change with us. Other than that, Tyler did a nice job. More

In terms of service, there was nothing inherently wrong with the service, besides the overpriced brake fluid flush which may or may not be required depending on who you ask. I appreciate being given a loan with the service, besides the overpriced brake fluid flush which may or may not be required depending on who you ask. I appreciate being given a loaner while Mazda took care of a recall issue but I did have to get it washed because of the amount of bird droppings on it. I did top it off with fuel to almost full upon return. I was asked if I wanted a wash on my personal car there for service, but it didn't look like it was done, car was absolutely dirty. More
