Ray the service advisor was very pleasant to work with. Deserves to be promoted if we're being honest. Was in three times in the last two months for an electrical issue and he was great. My 2007 Mazda air-conditioning controller had failed and the parts are no longer manufactured. The dealer and Tyler were able to locate one in the whole world at a distributor in Canada.
