Nothing spoken at signing is included. I was told I had extended maintenance which I do not have. The sales and finance managers verbal statements do not match the contract. I now have to I was told I had extended maintenance which I do not have. The sales and finance managers verbal statements do not match the contract. I now have to pay for maintenance. Tire rotation is included wherever I purchase tires - but not for me at Scott Clark Honda. At signing , I was told I could split payments- I can’t. I’m so uphappy with the car, service, financing and contract. More
