I found the car through carfax and communicated with Tyler through email to arrange a test drive. He was very understanding and accommodating of my schedule and the numerous times I had to re-schedule. When I arrived at the dealership, it was clean and well-lit. I was offered coffee or water. Tyler and the other staff were very friendly and helpful. I ended up purchasing the vehicle that night, which I had not planned on doing. Denise was great too, joking with us and taking the time to explain everything when I kept asking questions. The car is in excellent shape, and they did a good job of cleaning it before signing it over to me. I am especially pleased with the fact that Tyler has continued to keep in touch with me to ensure everything is going well and asking if I have any questions. More
