I found the car through carfax and communicated with Tyler through email to arrange a test drive. He was very understanding and accommodating of my schedule and the numerous times I had to re-schedule. When I arrived at the dealership, it was clean and well-lit. I was offered coffee or water. Tyler and the other staff were very friendly and helpful. I ended up purchasing the vehicle that night, which I had not planned on doing. Denise was great too, joking with us and taking the time to explain everything when I kept asking questions. The car is in excellent shape, and they did a good job of cleaning it before signing it over to me. I am especially pleased with the fact that Tyler has continued to keep in touch with me to ensure everything is going well and asking if I have any questions. More

I contacted them about the Explorer lease and the gentleman I was chatting w Want to start off with saying the our experience at klaben was fantastic. I contacted them about the Explorer lease and the gentleman I was chatting with by the name Tyler was very helpful. The day we went to test drive the Explorer he was not in that day, so his associate CJ was waiting there to help. CJ was very knowledgeable and very friendly and always had a positive attitude. He made the test drive go very comfortably. We left there with the intentions of test driving a Honda Pilot just for comparison purposes, but with a bad experience at that dealership ( won’t mention names) my wife said she liked the Explorer better anyway. I texted Tyler the next day told him we would be in on a that Friday to get the vehicle. Tyler was very helpful and answered all our questions. I would HIGHLY recommend going here for your car needs. I will be a returning customer at klaben. I am not one who likes car buying, but they made it very easy so we will return there for our next vehicle. Thanks again klaben, William F. More
