I contacted them about the Explorer lease and the gentleman I was chatting with by the name Tyler was very helpful. The day we went to test drive the Explorer he was not in that day, so his associate CJ was waiting there to help. CJ was very knowledgeable and very friendly and always had a positive attitude. He made the test drive go very comfortably. We left there with the intentions of test driving a Honda Pilot just for comparison purposes, but with a bad experience at that dealership ( won’t mention names) my wife said she liked the Explorer better anyway. I texted Tyler the next day told him we would be in on a that Friday to get the vehicle. Tyler was very helpful and answered all our questions. I would HIGHLY recommend going here for your car needs. I will be a returning customer at klaben. I am not one who likes car buying, but they made it very easy so we will return there for our next vehicle. Thanks again klaben, William F. More
