Tyler provided an excellent experience which led to us choosing this particular BMW dealership. The most important issue was the driver's position for my wife; Tyle spent the time to adjust the car to me choosing this particular BMW dealership. The most important issue was the driver's position for my wife; Tyle spent the time to adjust the car to meet her needs. He also went out of his way to answer questions by email after hours and on Sunday. He even came to our house to pick us up when it was time for the car to be delivered. We had a choice of 3 BMW dealerships, all close to us. We choose BMW of Darien because of how we were treated. We have also been buying high end Mercedes for many, many years. The experience at Darien and deficiencies in the latest MBZ electric models made us into BMW buyers. I will go to Tyler when I am ready to buy my next car. More
