Our advisor -Dustin Litteral-is GREAT. He kept me informed. Looked to see when my service plan and warrantee expire on my 2018 Pacifica ends. Went out to car to tell me what 2 molded plastic are for. We have used Crown since since the early 1980s. The dealership is great. They used to vacuum out the front floor but stopped doing that years ago. It was a nice service. They still do that for the Crown Mercedes services. We recommend Crown to everyone. The sales department is great also. I will ask for Dustin Litteral again. More
