Hi Linda, We apologize for the inconvenience, unfortunately when we had your daughter come in her vehicle needed an additional part due to the serial# missing on the actual airbag. This is not something that we know until the vehicle has been taken apart, it only happens on a very small amount of vehicles and we are not allowed to order the part until it is discovered. Your daughters service advisor called and left a message a couple of days ago to reschedule the appointment, we also just left another message this morning. We are very sorry for the inconvenience, it is definitely not our intention to waste your time. Her appointment for Saturday is still good if she would like to keep it or you can call our Service department at 661-945-5505 to schedule a more convenient appointment. Have great day!
