Friendly and efficient I made an appointment and was able to drop off on time. Service was done in only a few hours. UB let me know there was a recall and he ordered the par I made an appointment and was able to drop off on time. Service was done in only a few hours. Toyota Tacoma 40,000 service It’s our first time to have our Toyota Tacoma service some in Toyota Lancaster. We had UB as our service advisor and we were so satisfied the way he It’s our first time to have our Toyota Tacoma service some in Toyota Lancaster. We had UB as our service advisor and we were so satisfied the way he accommodated us. He was very friendly and professional. Knowledgeable on the situation of the truck. He explains every single details that needs to be fixed and change. He was very helpful and he value of our time very much. He even help me for the arrangements for the shuttle to bring me hone and pick me up when the truck is ready to pick up, I told my husband that I was surprise and happy the way people treats customers. Even the drivers of the shuttle are very respectful and friendly and I regret that I don’t remember their names to give them a good review. We are very happy and content with our experience st Toyota Lancaster:) More
