Lack of communication I went in to for a maintenance oil change and then decided to get the spark plugs changed and filters changed. The work that was completed was good. W I went in to for a maintenance oil change and then decided to get the spark plugs changed and filters changed. The work that was completed was good. What upset me the most was the lack of communication. I had an appointment at 9 a.m. I was there on time. I was told my vehicle should be done about 2. Well, 2 p.m. came and went without a word so I called to inquire. Then I was told 4-4:30. That time also came and went without any word from anyone. So I called again at 5 p.m. Then I was told it would be ready by closing (6p.m.). Not 15 minutes later I was called and told it would NOT be ready until the following day! I was NOT happy. Again I had an appt. I’m pretty sure all the people who were in the non-appointment lanes that morning at 9 a.m. had their vehicles by the end of the day. I’m equally upset that no one ever called me to communicate and update me throughout the day, I always had to call! In the past I’ve not had this problem when Sean was the service rep. Sean has always communicated well with me. More

Excellent Customer Service I’ve not completed a survey yet, the customer service I’ve received that past 5 visits has been excellent every time. The reps have been patient answ I’ve not completed a survey yet, the customer service I’ve received that past 5 visits has been excellent every time. The reps have been patient answering all my questions and concerns about my vehicle. I ask questions every which way until I get a satisfactory answer to my mind and the reps were very patient with me. I am very grateful and appreciative. I had a contractual/finance issue and had a great experience with Sonny and Michael helping me resolve the issue as well. I am very grateful and appreciative. More

First time they said they needed to order part so they rescheduled she took it back and they rescheduled again because it needed another part. She’s been going back and forth.
