I had been searching for a car all month long and once I narrowed it down to a Mazda3, I began visiting different Mazda dealerships. Long story short, none of them were as good as Tustin Mazda. Victor was the first one to help us when we stepped on the lot and he saw us through to the very end. He helped me not only get the car I wanted, but also the price I asked for. I had been dreading the whole process of buying a car, but Victor and Tustin Mazda made things as smooth as possible. In fact, everyone my partner and I saw that day were extremely pleasant and easy to work with, and treated us with respect. I felt well taken care of and highly recommend buying your next car here! Although my grandson had told me months prior to “check out Tustin Mazda” I was hesitant at first. The minute I walked into the Tustin Mazda showroom & was greeted by Charles, I knew my visit was going to out Tustin Mazda” I was hesitant at first. The minute I walked into the Tustin Mazda showroom & was greeted by Charles, I knew my visit was going to be a great one-and it was. Charles was very knowledgeable with the car I wanted. He focused & listened to what I was looking for, and he delivered. Not only did I end up purchasing the exact car I wanted, Charles setup my entire radio system & walked me though each & every detail of my car. Between Charles & salesman Victor ( thank you for connecting my apps & giving me the USB cord)-Tustin Mazda is definitely the place to buy your next car, this store exceeded my expectation of service & personal detail.
