From the moment you walk in you are greeted cordially weigh no pressure from Sales. They take their time to answer your questions and take you for a test drive if you should happen to ask for one. I have been dealing with Tom Trovas for quite some time and every time I am ready for another lease I end up driving away with a new car. I have had nothing but great experiences with him. This time around I had my first experience with Robert Lisi and I must also say that my first impression of him was WOW this guy really knows his cars and the features specific to your vehicle. He took his time explaining the features and even told me that I could come back to the dealership for assistance at any time. Great person and very knowledgeable. poor servive, and not knolageable service writers I just had my wifes 3013 c300 at this stealership, I had bought the wheel and tire insurance package hit a pothole and poped 2 tires. towed it in for I just had my wifes 3013 c300 at this stealership, I had bought the wheel and tire insurance package hit a pothole and poped 2 tires. towed it in for service and got a phone call from linda said it would be taken care of, get a second phone call and and said the tire is too low on tread depth (I know this isn't true the tire has less than 10k miles, I own a repair shop so I have a tread depth gauge, and pa inspection license) so I tell linda im on my way over. I get to the dealership and no linda, they make me wait 15min and out comes victor rivera, we go out to the shop and measure the tire wow 4/32nd left eaven across the tread and they tell me no its the sholder of the tire. So I tell them its not 3/32nds new on the side, then I ask them how would the tire wear like that if there is nothing wrong? we went back and forth for a while and I got so mad I had to leave, I will never ever go back to this dealership. We have been to other luxury car dealers in the Princeton area where we have experience constant turnover of sales representatives and service advisors. The sales representatives at these other dealerships are rather aloof while the service departments are unaccommodating especially in taking you in for emergency service and not explaining, to my standards, the problem with the vehicle. This constant turnover of business relationship partners made it difficult to establish trust and continuity. Because of these challenges at other dealerships in the local area, the trust and credibility that Dale and the dealership have built with us, and knowing that we can rely on Dale and MB Princeton to meet our specific requirements for a vehicle, we highly recommend MB Princeton for your vehicle needs.
