This dealership is exceptional. We have owned Subarus for 20 years and return here every time, despite having bought the car elsewhere. Aaron runs an excellent service operation! Very pleased with the service. I requested that the work be done in time for me to ride my bicycle to pick up the car before dark, and the car was ready by mid-day. From our initial visit, coming in to test drive our 1st Subaru we love it here! Stephen our Sales guy was awesome, I forgot the finance guys name but he too was great(Lapon I think). We love it that Subar Subaru we love it here! Stephen our Sales guy was awesome, I forgot the finance guys name but he too was great(Lapon I think). We love it that Subaru has a program for rescue dogs, since we do have a rescue dog in our family. Service group is also a great team! Poon and the rest who have worked on our Subbie. The lounge is a plus as always whenever coming in for service, a place to catch up on down time while waiting for our Crosstrek. Hopefully when it's time to add another Subbie we can definitely find one again here at Albany. More
