From our initial visit, coming in to test drive our 1st Subaru we love it here! Stephen our Sales guy was awesome, I forgot the finance guys name but he too was great(Lapon I think). We love it that Subaru has a program for rescue dogs, since we do have a rescue dog in our family. Service group is also a great team! Poon and the rest who have worked on our Subbie. The lounge is a plus as always whenever coming in for service, a place to catch up on down time while waiting for our Crosstrek. Hopefully when it's time to add another Subbie we can definitely find one again here at Albany. More

Concerned about transmission leak which was fixed? Via warranty and was noted to be leaking again on a previous service. Was told not to worry about it. I was concerned with long-term problems. Had to request to check again at last service 12/24 and was told still leaking again not to worry but I want it checked out as I feel it is related to the original problem. Having a follow up appointment. No more time that goes by I feel like If I don’t have a checked out, the problem won’t be related to the original problem, which seemed like never stopped. It was almost as if it was never worth mentioning to me/don’t worry about it yet it continues. Just a concern. More
