He was thorough and super clear in what we needed to do throughout the whole process of trading in and purchasing our vehicle. Joe was professional and polite as well as respectful. He appreciated the distance we travelled to obtain our new vehicle, helping us to complete 95% of the process online in advance. I recommend the dealership and Joe to anyone looking to purchase a BMW, new or used. The rest of the staff whom we encountered, from Anthony, the “genius”, to Victoria was super courteous and made the entire experience smooth. Thank you! More
