I had the supreme privilege of being guided by Vickey Sarocco, the Business Manager @ Rallye BMW, in the delivery of a Certified Pre-Owned BMW X5 to replace our first that we have enjoyed over the past f Sarocco, the Business Manager @ Rallye BMW, in the delivery of a Certified Pre-Owned BMW X5 to replace our first that we have enjoyed over the past four (4) years. After fooling around with virtually all of the top-rated web based used car sites (e.g., Vroom, Carvana, CarGurus, CarsDirect, CarMax), I was struck by the lack of professionalism and knowledge in the nuances associated with financing the vehicle with the dealership to streamline the taxes, title and tags process in an interstate sale. Vicky adroitly prepared that detailed financing agreement, along with coordinating for our orientation to our Certified Pre-Owned BMW X5 through a “BMW Genius” who deftly moved through the many technological advances proffered by the packages that we had included in our targeted search. Vicki prepared and presented the BMW Financing Agreement in a straightforward manner, walking us through each step while adroitly fielding questions that dramatically contrasted with the clownish characters that I had dealt with during my initial search on virtually all of the web based used car websites (e.g., Vroom, Carvana, CarGurus, CarsDirect, CarMax). She delved into the detail of the remaining BMW Warranty on our “new used” BMW X5, along with the additional year afforded by the Certified Pre-Owned Mark. While presenting the additional warranty options and associated costs, Vicki departed from the proverbial hard sell I experienced that compelled me to stupidly purchase during our first BMW X5 Purchase. Vicki was the consummate host, readily recognizing the physical and emotional toll of the nine-hour trek from Hampton Roads in Virginia to the Rallye Dealership on Long Island. To that end, she highly recommended a restaurant a short trek from Rallye that turned out to be a superlative dining experience, steeling us for the following trek to Philadelphia later that evening. Simple words cannot capture the admiration I have developed for the sincerity and professionalism that Vicki personifies in every way. When the time comes for either (i) an additional BMW Vehicle Lease/Purchase or (ii) a replacement for our “new used” BMW X5 that my wife is absolutely thrilled with, I have no compulsion in seeking any alternatives other than Vicki @ Rallye. More
