Below, the only reason I gave "quality of work" a 4-star instead of a 5-star is because the OEM engine filter that I had a coupon for was not in stock and was told it may be 3 months before they came in (made me wonder why they even sent out the coupon). Due to this, it was replaced with a "non-genuine Toyota" part. More
