Courteous, and prompt. We love the dealership and the Highlander. We have owned three of them starting in 2005. The 2021 is a better car than our 2017 Range Rover. This is third request for review. Response to text message from service advisor went unanswered. Two concerns; first, was told coolant appeared contaminated, but it had recently been changed elsewhere. Later review of multi-point checklist showed coolant as checked in green. Second, credit card surcharge, although stated to be no more than what dealership is charged, appears to be higher than merchant charges shown on internet. Bottom line? Work is reliably done professionally, but typically pricey, and I verify what service advisors recommend. More

The staff were knowledgeable and very attentive to customer needs. I received regular and timely updates about my service and when issues were found I was given a prognosis with timeframe for repairs. customer needs.
