AFFABLE AND COURTEOUS STAFF, TRULY MINDFUL OF OUR TIME !! I WANT TO THANK EVERYONE AT FLEMINGTON BMW FOR THE OUTSTANDING JOB, MY GORGEOUS GIRLFRIEND RECENTLY PURCHASED AN ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL M4, AND SHE LOVE I WANT TO THANK EVERYONE AT FLEMINGTON BMW FOR THE OUTSTANDING JOB, MY GORGEOUS GIRLFRIEND RECENTLY PURCHASED AN ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL M4, AND SHE LOVES IT. WE DEALT WITH SEVERAL PEOPLE, AND EVERYONE WAS COURTEOUS AND POLITE, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY WERE ALL CONSIDERATE OF OUR TIME CONSTRAINTS. WE CALLED AND SPOKE WITH STEVE AND ELISE. THEY BOTH HANDLED OUR CALLS VERY WELL AND ALWAYS RESPONDED QUICKLY TO OUR QUESTIONS. UPON OUR ARRIVAL TO THE DEALERSHIP, WE WERE PLEASANTLY GREETED BY THE SALES MANAGER, VINCE, WHO WAS MORE THAN HAPPY TO SHOW US AROUND WHILE THE STAFF PULLED THE VEHICLE AROUND FOR US. WE FINALIZED OUR PAPERWORK WITH NOHA. SHE WAS ABLE TO PROCESS OUR PAPERWORK AS WELL AS HAVE US SIGNED AND OUT OF THERE QUICKLY, BUT SHE ALSO THOROUGHLY EXPLAINED AND SOLD US SOME VERY VALUABLE PROTECTIONS !! STEVE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB SETTING UP THE VEHICLE AND SHOWING US MANY OF THE FEATURES AND BENEFITS!! MY GIRLFRIENDS ABSOLUTELY LOVES THE CAR, BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY SHE LOVES HOW THE STAFF WAS SO MINDFUL OF HER VALUABLE TIME!! SHE HAS HAD MANY BMW'S IN THE PAST AND I AM SURE THAT SHE WILL BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER IN THE NEAR FUTURE. We also really appreciate the work Vince did in helping us negotiate the deal. We have bought vehicles from Vince before and he is first class. If there is anyway to make a win/win deal he will find it. it was also very nice to see Ed again. He has help me in the past when i was purchasing a Nissan. Hard to believe that was over 30 years ago. We were happy to see him again even though that much time has gone by! We also want to acknowledge Noha for helping us with all the paper work to close the deal. She was unbelievably excellent . We cannot say enough good things about Noha and the way she wrapped everything up. She is extremely knowledgeable and although she was very busy (closing 12 deals that day) we never felt rushed or like she was trying to speed through our closing. She made us feel like we were her only priority that day. . She was able to explain everything we needed to sign and helped us understand all of the available packages we could buy to supplement the purchase of the X7. We usually dread going to the back office to sign the paperwork as often that is where the high pressure sales take place. It was such a surprise that Noha actually came to us with all the paperwork and there wasn’t any high pressure push. She offered the different packages that she thought would be most beneficial to us: tire package, service package and wear & tear packages. She explained them very well, answered all of our questions and made us feel great about the packages we chose and then was great in getting the paper work done. it was all done quickly and extremely professionally. After we finished with Noha we were ready to learn how to use the features in the SUV. Bill was terrific in taking us through the vehicle and all of the features plus he helped us program some of the many things that we wanted to use. Bill left us with confidence we could activate other features at our leisure. After the tutorial and feature benefits we were ready to leave and I want to express one additional thank you and that is to the person or persons who prepared the car for delivery. They did a super job!! Our car buying experience was first class all the way. We loved how we were handled and It wasn’t that way at other dealers (and we did shop other dealers to make sure we got the best deal possible). We would highly recommend Flemington BMW and definitely recommend working with the people we did. When we left we felt well taken care of-and still do a week after our delivery. The only thing that we still want to know is how do you get the windows so clean—-they sparkle and there wasn’t a speck of dust on the windshield I only hope I can keep them that clean forever. Again thanks to all at BMW Flemington we are your number one fan!!! More
