I would the entire purchase experience highly. Anthony Catena was the sales person whom we worked with. He listened carefully to what we had in mind and made sound recommendations. He spent a lot of time with us when we picked up the car going through its features and explained to us in detail how to use them. Anthony kept us up-to-date throughout the process of the build of our new x3 and handled all the "details" before we arrived on the day we picked up the car. Noha Amin, the Business Manager, worked with us on financing and the final details of purchase. She was handled all the finance details quickly and accurately and wrapped up the pick-up details.
