Easy and fast over the phone I hate car dealerships. I always do everything over the phone and then like to pickup the car after everything has been agreed apon. Easier than ordering coffee I had been searching for a new car for a while and I cars.com showed me that Flemington had just gotten in pretty much exactly what I was looking for. He knew all of the options on the car and confirmed that it was what I was looking. We negotiated a good price over the phone, I gave him a deposit and then came and picked up the car. I can't say enough about the service I received purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned 2018 BMW X3. The Sales Manager - Vince Dillon and Salesman - Ted Aguilar provided unbelievable customer service. I actually purchased a vehicle on Saturday. On Sunday I attempted to use two of the options that I thought it had. Since the options did not work, I brought it back to them on Monday so they could teach me how to use these options, it turns out the vehicle was missing the options. I was devastated...but not for long! Vince told me to bring the vehicle back on Tuesday - they would take the return of the vehicle!! I couldn't believe it!! I never thought in a million years that I would be able to return a vehicle. However, I was wrong - Flemington BMW took the vehicle back and helped me find the vehicle of my dreams!!! On Tuesday - Vince and Ted - went to the General Manager, and they helped me secure the EXACT Vehicle with all of the options I was looking for!! I can't say enough about the Flemington BMW team!! Each and every person I spoke to was more than happy to stay late to help me get my lease deal done. Agata went above and beyond my expectations, she jumped in to help me and looped in Noha and Vince to finalize my lease within 1 hour. They all made the experience so easy and seamless and I can't thank them enough for this. However, sometimes when shopping for luxury vehicles certain dealerships can make you fee We've always liked BMW's - let's face it the cars are great! However, sometimes when shopping for luxury vehicles certain dealerships can make you feel like they're doing you a favor by showing you their cars and/or be very pushy. This is definitely not the case with BMW Flemington and our sales professional Greg Eckert. He was very easy to deal with, makes you feel comfortable and is extremely knowledgeable about all the cars. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and takes the time to answer any and all of your questions. We were trying to decide between a couple of vehicles and he really helped us choose one by laying out all the benefits and costs of each - never pushing us to the higher cost option. Greg has followed up since the purchase to see if there was anything else he could do or if we had any questions.
