Pleasant, patient and productive. Ted was very patient and I am happy to say not overbearing and did not pressure me. I told him the SUV series 5 and 1 were too much car for me. I am Ted was very patient and I am happy to say not overbearing and did not pressure me. I told him the SUV series 5 and 1 were too much car for me. I am a petite 5" older woman who can drive a larger car but prefer to drive a smaller car. I am not a fan of sedans and prefer a smaller SUV. Ted listen to me and told me he thought he had a car that would be to my liking. He explained BMW had a smaller Series 1 with low mileage and he could have it the next day for me to inspect. The minute I got in that car, I knew it was the right one for me. All my friends and relatives love this car. Thank you, Ted, for listening to my needs and fulfilling them. More
