Last visit was bad , a recall was done on my sienna someone left a loose screw after replacing the gasoline pump gasket I can hear a noise for 6 months and I talk to Peter miszewski advisor he’s the w someone left a loose screw after replacing the gasoline pump gasket I can hear a noise for 6 months and I talk to Peter miszewski advisor he’s the worse ,he would not listen to me acting like I’m crazy and telling me that he was a technician for years and he assured me that my vehicle was fine but it wasn’t, thankfully this visit was good my car was fix the right way the noise is gone but I don’t know if this will affect my Sienna in a negative way More

Quality has diminished in the service area. Went in for a multipoint inspection and oil change. No problems with any lights found. A week later, I was alerted that my right brake light was out. Went in for a multipoint inspection and oil change. No problems with any lights found. A week later, I was alerted that my right brake light was out. After inspecting all lights, I found three other burnt out bulbs! How was that missed? Will not be returning, even though I bought my car there. Go somewhere else where they will actually inspect your car. More
