Second time around !!!!!!!!!!! We had decided to get a new vehicle for Jennifer !!!! Excellent, met all of my expectations. Normally I am usually skeptical when dealing with sales people, particularly auto dealers, because of a bad experience I had quite a few years ago. But my skepticism was put at ease at the Master GMC used car dealership. Mrs Rowell met myself, my wife and my daughter on our first visit very cordially and discussed with us the types of vehicles we were looking for. She showed us what she had in stock that met our needs and allowed our daughter to drive a couple of cars. Mrs. Rowell was very honest and informative about one car in particular, a Chevy Cruze. My daughter liked this car but she wanted to look around some more. About two weeks passed and my daughter decided she wanted to test drive the Chevy Cruze again so I contacted Mrs. Rowell again. My daughter decided this was the car she wanted so after some creative financing we were able to purchase the Chevy Cruze. Mrs. Rowell was very helpful arranging the purchase as well as Mr. Wade Hooker. Mrs. Rowell took a lot of time with us answering questions, addressing our concerns and describing the features of the car. She went "all out" to make sure our needs were met.
