Noah also deserves recognition — he was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful from the very beginning, even before he knew how complicated my situation would become. He answered the phone weeks ago when I first called, listened, and later made the process of choosing and picking up my new car feel calm and supported. While the overall Nissan process was frustrating and involved significant delays and stress, David and Noah were the reason this experience ultimately had a positive outcome.
