On top of the dealership looking like a 5 star international hotel, I pulled up to the dealership with the intent of just looking around. Extremely courteous, catered to my every need, even the finance guy Mr. Molter was friggin hilarious. The sales manager Elon knows exactly what he’s talking about, doesn’t pressure you into anything, and even till post sale, the dealer Mr. Tarantino still answers my questions I have about the car in a timely, happily manner. 10/10 experience, and I love the crap out of my amg baby!!! More

I was looking for a good used low mileage BMW X5 35d and found several very nice prospects, but the only dealer that responded quickly and professionally was Mercedes Benz of Temecula. I submitted an online availability request from Autotrader.com and received a call from Internet Sales Manager Neil Sorenson within a few minutes. We discussed the vehicle which appeared to be exactly what I was looking for and scheduled an appointment to view and test drive the vehicle for the next evening. He told me that he would be in at 10:00am the next day, which was his day off, to show another vehicle to another customer. I decided to go the next morning for fear of losing what sounded like the perfect car. I was greeted by a very nice young lady, who contacted Neil who was standing in front of me within a minute. He showed me the vehicle which was exactly as he described and we struck a great deal with no hassles, contingent on my wife's approval later that evening. He was still at the dealership at 6:45 pm waiting for us and we drove it home within an hour. Neil had already prepared the paperwork with Wayne in finance who was also great to work with and it was honestly the easiest dealership car purchase I have had. I highly recommend MB of Temecula and Neil Sorenson and can honestly say that all of the used cars that I saw were absolutely beautiful and this dealer does not take shortcuts in preparing vehicles for market. My new "used" car is amazing and doesn't look like a six year old vehicle, it is truly a beautiful example of a pampered German luxury SUV. I assure you that you will be treated with respect and honesty by Neil and the rest of the great people at MB of Temecula. More

She is very excited by the matt white finish and beautiful interior of the 550S. When I told Jordan a friend of mine knew the owner from Newport Beach, Garth came down and introduced himself and gave us a card with a nice, "let me know if you need anything else."
