Had a freak occurrence where random bolt broke AC condenser. Warranty wouldn't cover it, but Herlong worked with me to make it right. Staff was very friendly during entire sale. There was some confusion around how the vehicle would be paid. Her long wanted me to pay for the entire deal including my trade in and they were to pay off th some confusion around how the vehicle would be paid.
