It’s hard to believe that car buying can be a straightforward and friendly experience, but Jannell Ford made it easy to purchase our new Bronco. We shopped a few dealers and test drove for sever straightforward and friendly experience, but Jannell Ford made it easy to purchase our new Bronco. We shopped a few dealers and test drove for several weeks to narrow down what we want wanted. My husband met with Jack who helped him test drive and then emailed him competitive quotes. When we came to purchase, Jack was not in so Charlie helped us. I really liked that during the test drive Charlie explained and demonstrated different features in the car. There were a couple of features that the car didn’t have, like heated seats or a backup alert, and Charlie worked with the sales manager Eddie who just added these in for us. They also gave us a more than fair price for our trade in. When we signed the paperwork, it was straightforward and Wilfredo explained everything and add ons we could purchase with no pressure. We really couldn’t be happier and are excited for our new car. More

My dealer experiences have been lackluster at best, so I had no expectations. Boy was I wrong. My salesman, Rob Silvia was fantastic! He was so knowledgeable and refreshingly honest. I even got to speak directly with the General Manager, Bill Roderick. He too was refreshingly honest and trustworthy. Needless to say, thanks to these two gentlemen, I am now a proud owner of a Ford Bronco. I usually leave a dealership feeling dirty or having been hoodwinked in some way. Not the case here. I am just excited to drive my new Bronco. Thank you so much Rob and Bill. I'm sure I'll be back when it's time for a new ride. More

We went in specifically on a particular truck they had and no bait and switch, they pulled up the truck told us what our trade in was, it seriously was the easiest transaction we ever experienced. Eddy the sales manager was a great guy as well and we thought very straight with us. Car or truck buying can be extremely stressful and this was not! Jillian was wonderful so was Wilfredo.
