I'm from Denver, CO, and had my 2017 RDX AWD stolen in March, before heading to Indiana. It was recovered, but was totaled. I was searching the internet for a newer RDX, in the Indianapolis area, wh March, before heading to Indiana. It was recovered, but was totaled. I was searching the internet for a newer RDX, in the Indianapolis area, when I came across a 2019 Performance Red RDX AWD w/Advanced package that Ed Martin Acura was advertising. I gave them a call and spoke to Will Fitzsimmons. He confirmed it was still available so, I gave a deposit over the phone without actually seeing, or test driving the RDX 2 days later, I went to Ed Martin Acura to test drive and visually inspect the car. To my surprise, it was on the dealer showroom floor. I asked for Will, he knew every aspect to the RDX. He showed and explained to me every feature, and then some. Even on the test drive, he answered ALL my questions. I've bought quite a few vehicles from dealerships since the 80's and Will Fitzsimmons was the most knowledgeable salesman I have ever came across. Will's a really friendly, a down to earth person, type of guy. Even as I was waiting to sign the paperwork, Will sat with me in my, soon to be RDX, and was going over programming/customization of settings and erasing previous settings. Ed Martin Acura should be proud to have someone like Will on their sales team. If anyone I know here in the Indianapolis area is thinking about buying an Acura, I recommend Ed Martin Acura and ask for Will Fitzsimmons, you won't regret it. . More

5-Star Experience I was able to view accurate inventory online, make a decision about which vehicles I would be interested in seeing, come in, see them, and then leave I was able to view accurate inventory online, make a decision about which vehicles I would be interested in seeing, come in, see them, and then leave with more information and several helpful suggestions. I was not upsold out of my budget, pressured into anything I was uncomfortable with, or otherwise given any inkling of negativity during my visits. They also have the widest variety of snacks and beverages while waiting or handling paperwork, keep a very neat and orderly show floor, and all vehicles I interacted with were clean, smelled fresh, and were clearly taken care of. Overall, a fantastic dealership experience I would strongly recommend to others. More
