Had a transmission issue and immediately called John Grundon. He got me in right away and was able to provide a loaner car for my situation. Visited Service Dept. 6/6/2022. Had an appt. scheduled for 6/8/2022. Was having trouble with key fob. John Grundon asked me if I wanted to wait, he would have Service Dept 6/6/2022. Had an appt. scheduled for 6/8/2022. Was having trouble with key fob. John Grundon asked me if I wanted to wait, he would have Service Dept. try to resolve my problem versus coming back on 6/8/2022. John got my problems very quickly & efficiently. He even worked in oil change. John always provides prompt service. Think I might try to adopt him & his family. He is so kind & patient.
