Ended up ordering a 2023 F150 and again he provided guidance to make sure we got the features we wanted and set reasonable expectations on timing. Eddie Clark then helped make sure we had everything so when we did come in to pick up the truck it was seamless. We had the same experience with Billy in Finance. He laid out the options, clearly explained each one and never pressured us. 100% will come back and buy from this dealership again. More
