My husband and I were shopping for a new Bronco and were literally looking all over the US for the one with the right color/engine/combination of features and of course the right price. We found one at Jann literally looking all over the US for the one with the right color/engine/combination of features and of course the right price. We found one at Jannell Ford that met all our needs and were able to negotiate a fair price over the phone- so that we did not make a wasted trip over there as they were not geographically very close. Once we got there it was super easy, low pressure and streamlined. We test drove the vehicle, signed the papers and put down our deposit. Harry, our salesperson was friendly and helpful and we never felt pressured by him or anyone else to "seal" the deal...we simply felt supported and taken care of. Eddie the sales manager was awesome, as well as Jillian and the finance manager Billy. The true art of a sales team is to make customers feel like they are being serviced and cared for rather than pressured and upsold. The team of professionals at Jannell, who obviously have a great working relationship and banter with one another, and who really seem to love their job and work environment translates into a great overall buying experience for the consumer. We picked up our vehicle yesterday, again assisted by Harry and the team and drove away feeling that this was one of the most pleasant new car buying experiences we have ever had. Ended up ordering a 2023 F150 and again he provided guidance to make sure we got the features we wanted and set reasonable expectations on timing. Eddie Clark then helped make sure we had everything so when we did come in to pick up the truck it was seamless. We had the same experience with Billy in Finance. He laid out the options, clearly explained each one and never pressured us. 100% will come back and buy from this dealership again. More

I can't begin to say how great they were to deal with. From the beginning to the end, it was an easy process. The whole staff was friendly, and they complemented each other well.
