I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. We came to a verbal agreement on a final price, but when it came time to sign the paperwork, they had quietly added extra fees and costs dealership. We came to a verbal agreement on a final price, but when it came time to sign the paperwork, they had quietly added extra fees and costs that were never discussed. Unfortunately we did not notice these changes until applying for a new loan and interest rate. It felt very shady and dishonest. When I questioned it, they were evasive and unhelpful. Acting as though this was our agreement. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is exactly why people dread the car-buying process. The whole process and countless ours we were there the salesman promised numbers and rates that were not even reachable, according to their finance person. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here—make sure everything is in writing upfront, and double-check the final numbers before signing anything. In our case we are the ones now at a loss with them not taking any responsibility. I do not recommend this dealership. More

Buying from Tim Lally is like buying cars 30 years ago before the concept of the AutoMall was established. Tim Lally is more concerned with the customer getting wants and can afford and not what is best for the dealership. Start with Tim Lally and save yourself the headache from buying from a chain. The chain only does your CELL PHONE NUMBER, Tim Lally does your NAME! More
