I also really appreciated being able to make a straightforward and to the point deal without the usual sales pressure and tactics. Willy went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I ran into some issues with a shipping carrier I had hired myself, and he helped ease a lot of the stress by proactively communicating with the driver and keeping me updated throughout the process.
