I truly don't have enought time to explain the levels of customer service that keeps me coming back and back to this location so that my car can be serviced and I can have a piece of mind that it is in capa customer service that keeps me coming back and back to this location so that my car can be serviced and I can have a piece of mind that it is in capable hands. This level of comfort is from the supervisor Xavier Ascencio who goes out of his way to keep customers informed of the process and the representative Margie Bonel who truly take ownership of her professional relationships with her clients by keeping an open line of communication with them in regards to the process of the service plan. Excellent service!!!! More

There was a lack of communication and professionalism. Paying $450 for one key was not explained to me. After receiving my car I went back in to ask the representative if I was only getting one key and he Paying $450 for one key was not explained to me.
