Service with a smile at Milton Martin Toyota My car was in for repair because a squirrel got into my engine compartment and chewed my wiring harness. I was met by a kind person who wrote down my mileage and whatever else was needed and delivered me several feet away to Yamyly (hope I spelled that correctly). She was a *dream*. Efficient, upbeat, and best - she *always knew exactly what was going on with my car! Even while other customers were also being cares for with a few words and a smile. I was ushered to the garage to see the damage for myself - by Yamyly and my mechanic, Andrew. (BTW - cleanest service center I have been in in years- my dad was a mechanic). I even had a short visit by Mike Morresy (again my spelling) who talked about my car and what had happened to it. All three gave suggestions if what to try in my car to keep the squirrels away. Things other folks had found useful. I got to wait where I was comfy while the damage was repaired. I grabbed a few peppermints, watched TV and read awhile. Yamaly even looked up the restaurant I wanted to go eat at and told me what hours it was open because I mentioned I wanted to go there next. All in all a pleasant visit after having to tow my car there because of our bratty ( and hungry) squirrels! Good job ,Milton Martin Toyota. You have to keep these employees forever so I can be comfortable every time I go there. ;D More
