From the minute I walked into the door of this dealership I knew I was in excellent hands with Charles Scrymgeour. Charles put me at ease as my husband had recently passed away and I was not very knowledgea I knew I was in excellent hands with Charles Scrymgeour. I was doing quite a bit of research to find my next Toyota Sequoia, and as luck would have it, This dealership had exactly what I was looking for! I hit one button on the website and Dakota emailed me Toyota Sequoia, and as luck would have it, This dealership had exactly what I was looking for! I hit one button on the website and Dakota emailed me instantly to set up a test drive. The very next morning I was greeted by Charles Scrymgeour, and we instantly hit it off! His personality, professionalism and knowledge of the industry were all very impressive; I truly felt welcomed like an old friend. Because I knew what I was looking for, and I knew this vehicle would be perfect, it really didn't take too much time to put this deal together. I got a fair trade value for my current Sequoia, and also financed a bit through the dealership program. Charles introduced me to the Business Manager to finish off the paperwork and he was also amazing! Never at anytime did I feel uneasy or pressured into making any rash decisions, in fact, it was quite the opposite.
