Our experience with Yoelis was honestly the best experience we’ve had purchasing a car. He is friendly, honest, responsive and listens to his customers. In the current environment with manufacturing experience we’ve had purchasing a car. He is friendly, honest, responsive and listens to his customers. In the current environment with manufacturing and shipping issues, purchasing a car can be very difficult. We had gone to other dealerships, one that wasted a month of our time promising a car that never materialized. When we met with Yoelis, he was friendly, he listened to us and he was very straightforward in what he had in inventory and the timing that he would receive the car. He even went above and beyond to move things around to get the color that we wanted which shows his commitment to customer satisfaction. He confirmed the time frame the car would arrive and it even got there a little earlier. I also liked the fact that he picked up every time I called and would reach out to provide updates. The pricing he offered was fair, he asked for a $500 down payment while other dealers were requesting $1,500 to $2,000 for cars that didn’t exist. The sales transaction was smooth, he helped streamline the process with the finance manager and even called our insurance company to help get the new car under our policy. On the day we came to pick up the car, he spent time with us explaining all the features of the car. There is a reason that he has over 100 customer ratings with an almost perfect score!
