The purchase experience was unpleasant. The worst part of the experience was how after waiting one hour for the Finance Manager, we were rushed through the paperwork in 10 minutes because t The worst part of the experience was how after waiting one hour for the Finance Manager, we were rushed through the paperwork in 10 minutes because the Finance Manager had a game to go to. And we were made to feel that it was our fault for holding him up. The result of it was that we did not receive a thorough walk through of the papers and now the onus of documentation things like filing taxes and handling title paperwork is on me, though we were charged fees for Shottenkirk to handle documentation. There was very little reduction on the purchase price and the purchased car appears to have engine and transmission at low speeds. Several things, such as the fact that title paperwork would only be dispatched 10 business days after the check posted was not explained during final deal signing. I’m not sure what else was missed or what else I was charged for without my knowledge. This is the last time I buy from Shottenkirk, unfortunately. More
