This is my 4th Crosstrek I have bought from Royal Moore. For the car buyer experience it’s one of the best places I’ve been to. Always a bit stressful dealing with trading a car in, but the team did hear For the car buyer experience it’s one of the best places I’ve been to. Always a bit stressful dealing with trading a car in, but the team did hear my wishes and we came to an agreement we could both agree on. My salesman was friendly and helpful. The only thing I noticed was that he seemed preoccupied and maybe a bit annoyed that I wanted to look at numerous vehicles. Overall I would say it was a 9 out of 10 experience. More

Three weeks later, my wife is still mentioning how much she loves the nearly-new van we purchased at a great price. I highly recommend you ask for Domingo as your salesman. He's relatively new in the business, but knowledgeable and very professional. He took the time to get to know me to know what I was looking for. Travis and Zach, senior salesmen and mentors, were nearby to address the few questions Domingo didn't immediately know, while making sure he had the space and autonomy to manage the sale himself. Last but not least, Ari was a refreshingly down-to-earch back-office manager who was every bit as congenial and warm as the sales floor folk. Moreover, the way everyone talked about their workplace, really reinforced the senior leadership team understands service and leadership and prioritizes doing the right thing over a quick sale. More
