The experience was not bad. The day I bought the car the service was fine it did take a little longer than expecting because we were waiting on the finance department. Another problem I had was after I had signed the paperwork to purchase the vehicle, they decided to tell me I could not take it home that day because of a recall that had to be fixed mind you the recall on this vehicle had been issued almost a year ago, and they have had this car on their lot for about 5 months. Why they did not fix it before selling, not sure. They told me it would only take a couple of days which is fine so we get everything figured out and I was told I would be kept up to date on the situation, I bought the car on a Saturday by Wednesday I have not received any updates at all so I reach out to my salesman to get an update and he says it was dropped off on Monday and it should be done by Thursday. Thursday comes I hear nothing so I reach out for an update and get no response until Friday morning saying he is going to look into it. Mind you I paid for this car with a check and by Wednesday the check had cleared from my account so I had fully paid for this car that I did not have. So I contacted my salesman again on Friday and told them I would be there to pick it up that day at 5pm. Once I finally told them that I was not waiting any longer they finally told me they were going to get it from the Hyundai dealership and it would be ready for me when I got there. So overall it was not a horrible experience just very frustrating with the lack of communication and having to wait almost 7 days for something that I was told would only take 1 or 2. My salesman, Zachary Farrell was very nice and easy to work with just again had issues with communication. In the finance department I worked with Salvator Pineiro. He was also super nice and easy to work with. There was a problem with my title and he was quick about contacting me and getting it fixed. Overall the biggest problem I had was them not communicating with me and keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle and it taking almost 7 days to remedy this recall that I was told would only take a day or two. More
