Awesome experience, everything went really smooth with my purchase. Mike Wehunt the salesman was very knowledgeable and made me feel really at home. Great finance program through Gm. First oil change/service since purchasing my LaCrosse. This was my first oil change/service since I purchased my LaCrosse. I was greeted right away upon arrival. I was not made to wait. Zack explained This was my first oil change/service since I purchased my LaCrosse. I was greeted right away upon arrival. I was not made to wait. Zack explained everything that they would be doing and approximately how long it would take. He exhibited a lot of professionalism and knowlege which made me comfortable. I had the opportunity to see John Karevelas. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is always there for me and I truly appreciated the interest he takes even in my simplest questions. I trust him and I am very comfortable with him. Another thing I noticed right away upon entering the service area, was how clean and neat it is. Well, I guess you know that I am very pleased with Bradshaw Buick Cadillac Dealership. Being an older single lady it can be daunting purchasing a car. I firmly believe that if we put our lives and the things that we must deal with in God's Hands that He will lead us where He KNOWS it will be best for us. My car was 20 years old and I knew I was facing buying a new car. For 2 1/2 years I prayed about this. In fact, I prayed for a red Buick LaCrosse after driving one at Enterprise Rent A Car. He answered my pray with the very car I wanted. He even put someone in my path that knew Bradshaw Buick and directed me there. I did not have one uncomfortable moment during the service visit and I look forward to returning for any service I may need in the future. More

SERVICE @ BRADSHAW I have used Bradshaw for years for all my service (2011 Suburban and 2019 GMC 2500HD). Always in time checking in and pick up.
