Terrible experience! they are retaining my money for almost 3 weeks. I did a wire deposit for a new F150 Lightning as I dont have a social security number, we cancel the order. However, they are retaining my money for weeks. I called multiple people and nobody is interested to resolved. I called Many multiple times and he is not follow up with me or give me any updates about what's going on or when they will reverse my wire. Juan (finance director) provided me incorrect information that his team was unable to wire the money back and I had to reach my bank, which make no sense as they already had the deposit in their Frost account. Today, I'm still waiting for my money. I created a case with Ford. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone! Worst experience ever!!! Lack of ownership or follow up after you deposit your money! More
